i94.io lets you upload official I-94 and Travel History PDFs, submit lookup requests, keep an archive of your records, and receive reminders about key dates. i94.io is an independent service and is not a government website. The official source of I-94 data is i94.cbp.dhs.gov.

Nothing on i94.io is legal or immigration advice. Dates, statuses and calculations shown are informational aids only. For decisions about your status, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative.

When you submit a lookup request you confirm that you are the traveler, or that you are otherwise authorized to submit that traveler's information and to receive their records. You must not submit another person's passport, date of birth or I-94 information without their permission. We record your authorization, its timestamp, and the IP/user-agent used.

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, submit false information, scrape other users' data, or use i94.io for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is currently free during early access. Features, usage limits and pricing may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that records, dates or reminders are complete, accurate, or delivered on time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, i94.io is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any immigration consequence arising from your use of the service.
