i94.io is an independent, privately operated tool. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), DHS, or any other government body. The official I-94 source is i94.cbp.dhs.gov.

The dashboard offers an optional one-time browser location check. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We share only what is needed for these functions.

We keep your records while your account is active so reminders keep working. You can delete individual records and uploads in your dashboard at any time, or email hello@i94.io to request deletion of your account and associated data. Authorization audit records may be retained for a limited period where required to demonstrate lawful processing.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and row-level database policies so each account can only reach its own data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not promise that. Please do not upload documents you do not need us to process.

You may access, correct, export or delete the traveler information you submitted, and you can unsubscribe from reminder emails at any time. Contact hello@i94.io.
